Poděbrady

Poděbrady (German: Podiebrad) is a town in Nymburk District in the Central Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. About 15,000 people live there. Poděbrady is a famous spa town. It is on the river Elbe. In 1472, Poděbrady got the town privileges from King George of Poděbrady.
