R. K. Mathur

Indian civil servant, 1st Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh

Radha Krishna Mathur (born 25 November 1953) is an Indian IAS officer of Tripura. In October 2019, he became the first Lieutenant Governor of the union territory of Ladakh. He retired as the Chief Information Commissioner of India (CIC) in November 2018.[1][2][3][4]
