Miguel Rafael Martos Sánchez (born 5 May 1943), simply known as Raphael, is a Spanish singer and actor. His music are mainly Latin ballads. He was born in Linares, Spain.

Raphael represented Spain at the 1966 and 1967 Eurovision Song Contests singing "Yo soy aquél" in Luxembourg, and "Hablemos del amor" in Vienna, placing seventh and sixth.
He was honored into the International Latin Music Hall of Fame in 2003.[1] Raphael received the 2022 Billboard Latin Music Lifetime Achievement Award.[2]
In December 2024, Raphael was diagnosed with primary brain lymphoma.[3]
