Rawhi Fattouh

Rawhi Fattuh (Arabic: روحي فتوح, Rawḥī Fatūḥ, also transliterated as Rauhi Fattouh; born 23 August 1949) is the former Speaker of the Palestinian Legislative Council and was the interim President of the Palestinian Authority, after the death of Yasser Arafat on 11 November 2004 until January 15, 2005. He was elected to the Central Committee of Fatah in December 2016.[1]
