Selma Huxley Barkham, OC ONL, (née Huxley; 8 March 1927 – 4 May 2020) was an English-Canadian historian and geographer. Her works focused on the maritime history of Canada and of the Basque Country. She was born in London.
In 1981, she was awarded the Order of Canada for her work. A whaling port she discovered in Red Bay, Newfoundland and Labrador was declared a National Historic Site of Canada (1979) and a World Heritage Site by UNESCO (June 2013).
She was made an Officer of the Order of Newfoundland and Labrador in 2015.
