Spacetalk is an Australian technology company headquartered in Adelaide, South Australia. It was founded in 2001 as MGM Wireless and changed its name to Spacetalk Ltd in November 2020 to reflect its focus on developing wearable devices.[1] The company's education division provides school-to-home communication services for absence management, news, and emergencies using SMS, apps, and cloud-based technology.[2] Spacetalk launched its family location and child safety wearable devices under the Spacetalk brand in September 2017.[3][4] The product is available in Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.
