I added a section on protecting the pandas, which is a simplified version of the ENWP section; what do you think, would it be worth mentioning that male pandas are fed porn videos, potency pills (viagra)...(can all be found at en:Giant Panda#Reproduction)? --Eptalon (talk) 07:07, 3 May 2008 (UTC)

I've never liked external links sections too much... just looking at the enwiki ones, they either carry a heavy bias or are overspecific. Maxim_(talk) 12:59, 3 May 2008 (UTC)

Zoos outside of China with pandas

While looking at the dead links, I noticed some of them relate to where pandas are being kept in zoos, particularly zoos outside of China. The article definitively states that there are 12; however, this number is obviously something that could be changing frequently. The corresponding article on the English Wikipedia does not give a specific number, but rather names some (if not all) of the zoos where they are kept. I propose we do this instead here, but as it's a major change to a promoted article, I thought I'd discuss it here first. Kansan (talk) 06:32, 5 May 2011 (UTC)
