Too long change
In my opinion, pages of this length (it was 130,000+ KB) should not be permitted by administrators. The main reason is that download time makes editing so difficult and time-consuming. If the page is of any use at all (and I am not convinced of this), it should have been forcibly split into two or three pages of shorter length.
