This page has moved from being too short to being very long and rather too detailed for this wiki. We don't generally get so detailed on medical treatment, since anyone at the stage of being a medical student always has English wiki to go to for details.
The language in the first half of the article seems good for a technical topic on this wiki, so for that we have to thank the lead author. It is not the case that we aim to be as complete as English wiki; instead we try to make the basic issues clear, and if we do that, then we have fulfilled our remit. Over almost the whole of science and medicine, IMO, we should not add the kind of details which only a professional would need. Macdonald-ross (talk) 07:48, 20 September 2013 (UTC)
