Where's all the data? change

The French and Spanish articles on this town feature all the usual good Wikipedia stuff about demographics, local history, etc. Why would the English language article about an American city be skimpier than the Spanish language one, or the "furrin" articles in French and German? And what about "notable residents", e.g. Susan Myra Kingsbury Pascalulu88 (talk) 18:19, 28 July 2023 (UTC) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Susan_Myra_Kingsbury— Preceding unsigned comment added by Pascalulu88 (talkcontribs) 18:20, 28 July 2023 (UTC)Reply

@Pascalulu88 It's because this is the Simple English Wikipedia, which is different from the regular English Wikipedia (the regular page is here.) Because of that, there aren't as many editors here, so most pages about cities and towns here are still very short. Unless somebody is interested in a particular town, it's unlikely that the article here will get expanded. You can help though! Kk.urban (talk) 18:24, 28 July 2023 (UTC)Reply
Apologies! I did not notice that this is Simple English. Thanks for your reply. Pascalulu88 (talk) 14:22, 4 September 2023 (UTC)Reply
This is one of the 'X is a city in Y' articles. Feel free to add information if you feel it's relevant. Eptalon (talk) 18:29, 28 July 2023 (UTC)Reply
