Tapan Sheth is an Indian photographer and artist who focuses on nature and wildlife and the founder of Rajkot-based software company Sakshi Infoway Pvt Ltd. Tapan is famous for his pictures of Asiatic Lions in Gir National Park. He has studied these lions closely and taken many impressive photos, some of which have received international recognition.[1][2][3][4]

Biography

Tapan was born on January 22, 1979 in Surendranagar, Gujarat. He graduated in commerce from M.P. Shah Commerce College in Surendranagar and later moved to Rajkot for work and then to Ahmedabad for software studies. After graduating, Tapan started a company called Sakshi Infoway Pvt. Ltd, which focuses on web design and development.[7][8][9]

Tapan has taken photos of many different animals, including Lions, Vultures, peacocks, and Butterflies.[10] His pictures are known for their artistic quality and technical skill. He has traveled to remote places to take pictures of wildlife, landscapes, and local communities.[11][12][13] Tapan's artwork has been recognised and featured by several well-known companies and media outlets, such as BBC, Apple, National Geographic, and Natgeo.[14] Tapan Sheth being chosen as a guest exhibitor at AURA 2024 highlights his personal success and shows how important photography is for helping the environment.[1]
