Tension headache

A tension headache is a common form of headache. Tension headaches affect the head, eyes and nearby areas of the body. They are very common with adults. Females are twice as likely as males to have them.[1]
Tension headaches may be caused by:
- stress
- irregular or changing meal times
- too much caffeine
- depression or anxiety
