Thanjavur

City in Tamil Nadu, India

Thanjavur or Tanjore is a city in Tamil Nadu, India. It was the capital of earlier Chola Kingdom. It is called the Rice Bowl of Tamil Nadu. Kavery river flows through Thanjavur.[1]
