Toby Huss
American actor
Tobias Huss (born December 9, 1966) is an American actor. He has done acting in movies, television, and voice acting. He is best known for his roles as Artie in the Nickelodeon series The Adventures of Pete & Pete,[1] Felix "Stumpy" Dreifuss in Carnivàle, and John Bosworth in Halt and Catch Fire.[2] In voice acting, he is best known for voicing the characters Kahn Souphanousinphone and Cotton Hill in King of the Hill.[3]

He has also had notable television roles as The Wiz in the Seinfeld episode "The Junk Mail" and Big Mike in Reno 911!. Earlier in his career, Huss used to play a character called Ol' Two Eyes and sang jazz versions of songs such as "Insane in the Brain" "Dre Day" and "Jeremy" for MTV promos.[4]
