Biography change
The then 18-year-old Woodland, California native was a customer service representative during her appearance of America’s Next Top Model. She became known for being one of the contestants for America’s Next Top Model’s Cycle Known as the season for the Shorties, this cycle of the hit series premiered with its new twist of including models 5’7” or under. Memorable for her doe-eyed beauty, Rachel was the only girl of all the contestants to be eliminated outside the judging panel during episode three, following a poor interview with a representative from Wilhelmina Modeling Agency. Following the challenge, Rachel was elminated due to what Nigel Barker and Mr. Jay called ‘lack of charisma’. Rachel wasn’t on the show long enough to really prove her modeling skills, but she began the show by being called third best, then eighth before she was asked to leave the show. All the girls, including Rachel, were shocked when she was asked to leave immediately following the challenge.
Since the show, Rachel has been offered a contract with BMG models during a taping of the Tyra Banks Show.
