You are doing good work. However, I think you underestimated the level of warning needed for User:212.219.231.1. His racist remarks came on top of previous obscenity as well as vandalism. Such a record leaves no doubt that their disruption is deliberate and likely to continue if not stopped. Macdonald-ross (talk) 11:47, 17 November 2014 (UTC)

- Again the same point: with clear-cut vandalism, make your warnings progressive. That means, make sure they are the next level up from the previous warning in the same time period (month or so). Macdonald-ross (talk) 15:16, 21 November 2014 (UTC)
- Hi Macdonald-ross! I suppose you talk about User talk:93.93.223.85. Well I din't read what the previous user left, just saw 1 warning, supposed it was a 1st level and left a 2nd level. If it's not against the laws here, I prefer to stick to the 1-2-3-4-report motive. And also, I just look for the last 2-3 days, not all IPs are static, and even if static, you don't know if it's the same user. So I recognize the mistake that I didn't read the level of warning the previous user left, but I'd prefer (except for unusual situation) not to escalate my warnings differently than I described (unless of course there is a policy for that, that I'm not aware of). -Ah3kal (talk) 15:26, 21 November 2014 (UTC)
- What I'm giving is just advice. In practice most IPs are the same person if the edits on the same pages are the same or very similar. And it is necessary even on school sites to be progressive. Macdonald-ross (talk) 15:42, 21 November 2014 (UTC)

Ο Πειραιάς, αν σας ενοχλεί, μπορεί να παραλειφθεί. Όλοι ξέρουν που είναι το Νέο Φάληρο. Αθήνα όμως δεν θα γράφει με τίποτα.
