@Chenzw: I believe my edit was constructive. I was just trying to say he was appointed by Warren Harding. Which is true. It is helpful as Woodrow Wilson was president for a brief time in ‘21, so it was helpful.

Intellectual Dark Web change
I noticed you deleted the page on the Intellectual Dark Web. I am not challenging that decision though I would like to know what the specific reasons for it ultimately were. I created the page in question and based on what transpired immediately thereafter it seems that I was wrong to do so. Like all of us , I am certain to make certain mistakes along the way and having made one here I would greatly appreciate if you were to explain what mine was such that I could avoid making similar mistakes in the future.

As I understood it when the Discussion emerged I argued in favour of keeping it while another editor used the lack of external links to justify deletion. I then incorporated links to articles in Vox, Medium, The New York Times, The National Review, The Foundation for The Economic Education, Quillette and the Observer which had variety of conflicting options about the Intellectual Dark Web and links to the podcast episode wherein the term was coined as well as a link to the episode of the Rubin Report wherein Dave Rubin embraced the term Intellectual Dark Web as a proud member thereof. As a kid result of an error on my part each link was classified as if it were a separate category rather than as an external link so an editor using the name Gotunda reverted the edit. An editor using the name DougHill then argued in favour of the inclusion of the article on the grounds that having read the sources to which the links were it seemed that though their prior incorporation had been badly executed they were the links to the relevant sources. So as I understand it, I voted for inclusion, which as I understand it I am allowed to do, an editor named Eplaton voted for Deletion and an editor named DougHill voted for inclusion. - There was a problem with user pages not being shown properly on desktop. This was because of a bug. It will soon be fixed. [1]
Changes later this week
The new version of MediaWiki will be on test wikis and MediaWiki.org from 7 April. It will be on non-Wikipedia wikis and some Wikipedias from 8 April. It will be on all wikis from 9 April (calendar).
Future changes
- MediaWiki will use a newer version of Unicode. Some characters that did not have an upper case equivalent before do now. Titles beginning with one of these characters will be moved. A list of these titles can be seen on Phabricator. The titles will be renamed by the user
Maintenance script. This will start on 13 April 2020. You can rename them before this if you wish and the new title can be different from the one the script would rename it to. [2]

Recent changes
- You can now use the
articletopicsearch word on all Wikipedias. It searches articles by topic. [3] - You can see wiki tools in the new Tools Gallery. [4]
- You can see edits from the Wikimedia Cloud Services in a new dashboard.
- When you use filters on a history page you sometimes don't see any edits. There is a text explaining this now. Before it was just empty. [5]
- There is a new Wikimedia Technical Blog. [6]
Problems
- There was a problem with the Wikidata database last week. Some wikis went down for twenty minutes. Wikidata and other projects showed error messages. Interwiki links were not shown, some tools did not work and other problems. Some of this was fixed quickly. The developers are working on fixing the rest. [7][8][9]

- For pages using syntax highlighting, the use of the deprecated
<source>tag, as well as the use of the deprecatedencloseparameter, will add tracking categories.

Recent changes
The small wiki toolkits is to help smaller wikis that need technical skills. They can learn and share technical skills. [11]- Over-qualified CSS selectors in Wikimedia skins have been removed.
div#contentis now.mw-body.div.portalis now.portal.div#footeris now#footer. This is so the skins can use HTML5 elements. If your gadgets or user styles used them you will have to update them. [12]

- Some things on the wikis might look weird or not work in Internet Explorer 8 in the future. Internet Explorer 8 was replaced in 2011. [13]

I would request you to please consider about searching for that ctress personally , then you may realize that there is no notability issue . Breakfast at Tiffany's Edit change
This bit reverted my changes that are not vandalism. My changes to Meaning of Title: Holly suffers from bouts of anxiety (the "mean reds"), and finds spending time at Tiffany & Co. calming. She feels time"nothing very bad" can happen to a person in such elegant surroundings. Though she clearly aspires to own beautiful and expensive things, it also seems she yearns for the sense of stability and protection she associates with wealth. She sometimes gets a breakfast pastry in the morning and takes it with her to look in the store. When she spends a day with Paul, she takes him to Tiffany & Co., so they can look at all the fine jewelry, and he can experience one of her favorite places.
