So, you want to learn the "ways of the Simple English Wikipedia sysop," eh? Well, I'd say, there isn't one "way." It takes time of building trust and experience. Note: I have never coached anyone for adminship, but I'd be happy to give you some instructions and help. You could start by reading through some of the pages mentioned above. ;) God bless, American Eagle (talk) 03:18, 6 December 2008 (UTC)

Re: Hello!

Hey Dylan, good to see you here! I see it's already been said, but welcome to the Simple English Wikipedia.

Yep, the tropical cyclones project is pretty dead here, but there's still some work getting done. For example, Tropical Storm Ingrid (2007) just made WP:GA. If you want something to do, 2003 Atlantic hurricane season needs to be simplified. Cheers, Juliancolton (talk) 15:35, 6 December 2008 (UTC)

Nope, definitely not vandalism. I removed that warning. Juliancolton (talk) 02:28, 7 December 2008 (UTC)

Thanks for the welcome message. Makes me feel like I am at home. Corruptcopper (talk) 14:06, 7 December 2008 (UTC)

Look what I done to the 1997 Pacific hurricane season.
Another example is Hurricane Ioke. Evan (talk)
