Welcome to all of you

November 2018 change

We like and strongly encourage helpful changes to Wikipedia, but "Italophilia" was directly copied and pasted from the main English Wikipedia. Please do not do that. Such articles are usually too complex. They need to be simplified before or immediately after being added to the Simple English Wikipedia. In addition, be sure to include attribution on the article's talk page. Thank you. Operator873talkconnect 18:50, 20 November 2018 (UTC)Reply

Hello again. Your edit on Italophilia has been reverted again. The reason is the exact wording exists on the English Wikipedia article. These articles are usually too complex for Simple English Wikipedia and contain words that are not easy for everyone to understand. Before making any further edits, I strongly suggest you review this page, specifically, this section before making any further edits on this Wikipedia. Continuing to introduce complex language to articles here is considered vandalism. I'd be more than willing to assist you in learning how Simple English Wikipedia is much, much different that its English Wikipedia counterpart. For now though, please take a look at the Simple English wordlist found here. This is a full list of words that should be easy to understand for those learning how to speak English. Again, thank you for your work and I look forward to working with you in the future. Operator873talkconnect 19:04, 20 November 2018 (UTC)Reply
