If you have made few or no changes, then it would be a lot easier to simply create a new account.

Please note that the software Wikipedia uses may automatically block you from creating a new account – this is a mistake, and shouldn't have happened. If this has happened, attract attention using the unblock template as explained above, and an admin will fix it for you.

Hi. I blocked it because it is a very confusing name to be using, and a possibly disruptive one when in communication. We can avoid unblocking if you've created another account already and wish to use that one (We would have needed to move your contributions to another name, but its not necessary) instead.
