Since you were blocked on the English Wikipedia for disruptive editing, and disruptively edited here by copy/pasting from another project as well as continuing to create the useless talk pages you were warned about, you've been blocked. You've ignored warnings and show no attempt to either correct your habits or understand policy so the block will stay in place.
