- @ImprovedWikiImprovment: Hey, it seemed to me that I actually made it more neutral by changing an absolute statement, "it's [sic] failure", to a statement indicating that many perceived it to have failed without taking a stance. Same thing regarding my rewrite of "resulting" to "In some cases it caused" - this seems more neutral. I also tried to simplify the language. In any case, you might want to fix the spelling there.
