Hello, Shivanarayana. When you revert a user's changes, like you did earlier, don't forget to leave the user a message on their talk page, especially when reverting vandalism or a test edit. You may find Template:User talk page warnings/table useful when doing this, to let them know that the change was considered inappropriate, and to direct them to the sandbox. - Hi Ferien! I'm using swviewer to patrol some minor wikis, it seems not to have easy options to leave messsages based on standard templates, do you have you any suggestions on this? - Hi Shivanarayana! You can use SWViewer to warn. Just press the "rollback with summary" button and on simplewiki you should have an option to "Warn user". Most of the time, it is best to warn as it proves you have given the vandal every chance to stop the bad behaviour. Thanks :) --Ferien (talk) 16:28, 21 November 2022 (UTC)
