Hello, Skarmory. When you revert a user's changes, like you did earlier, don't forget to leave the user a message on their talk page, especially when reverting vandalism or a test edit. You may find Template:User talk page warnings/table useful when doing this, to let them know that the change was considered inappropriate, and to direct them to the sandbox. Thank you. - @Cactusisme: I thought warning was discouraged more than 24 hours after the edit has occurred, especially since it's an IP which very well may have changed (the edit was made 4 months ago)? I guess it might be different here than enwiki. Skarmory (talk) 07:09, 24 July 2024 (UTC)
- @Cactusisme Skarmory is not wrong here, the edit was made months ago, not to mention it was made by an IP which is most likely to have changed hands (though it is not impossible for single IPv4 addresses to stick with one user for years and years).
