A user is being abusive

Hi, this user who is not even an administrator https://simple.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:Multituberculata has been making threats towards me and removing my sourced content for no reason on articles like Baklava and Republic of Artsakh . He has made threats on my talk page I have warned him please can you block him also My name is CJ (talk) 17:33, 4 October 2021 (UTC)

Hello.

User:My name is CJ who is the same IP 212.108.146.62/185.135.96.2 who was warned numerous times and temporarily blocked a few times for vandalism by the administrators, is vandalizing the same articles in the same pattern under his/her new account which he/she opened on October 1, by erasing NPOV content, also sources, and is replacing them with nationalistic POV content. This person will continue with his/her disruptive edits, despite being warned and temporarily blocked as an IP user.

Nothing will stop and deter this person, unless these articles that are vandalized are temporarily protected and he/she is temporarily blocked for a much longer period.
