Violin Concerto No. 1 (Saint-Saëns)

The Violin Concerto No. 1 in A major, Op. 20, by Camille Saint-Saëns is a musical composition for violin and orchestra that was made in 1859. While this concerto is named "No. 1", it was Saint-Saëns' second concerto for the violin, but was made public first.[1][2] This piece of music was written for violinist Pablo Sarasate, who was only 15 years old at the time. [3]
