Warren "Pete" Moore
American singer-songwriter and record producer
Warren "Pete" Moore (November 19, 1939 – November 19, 2017) was an American singer-songwriter and record producer. He was born in Detroit, Michigan. He was known as the bass singer for Motown group The Miracles from 1955 onwards.
Moore was one of the group's original members. He was also a 2012 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Inductee, and a BMI and ASCAP award-winning songwriter,[1] and was the vocal arranger on all of the group's hits.[2]
Moore died on his 78th birthday in Las Vegas, Nevada on November 19, 2017.[3]
