Razorflame (talk · contribs) Hi there! I am wanting to know how I've been doing in the past few weeks so that I can understand what it is I need to work on and what it is that I excel at currently. If you could, please feel free to review me or provide comments so that I can learn and grow as a Wikipedian. Thanks, Razorflame 22:43, 30 May 2008 (UTC) Razorflame 22:43, 30 May 2008 (UTC)

- You show a better understanding of certain policies now than a few weeks ago. However, you still come on too strong. Look before you leap! Your edits also are, in a way, mechanical. Instead of adding paragraphs of information to an article, or writing a 1000+ word article, you create dozens of stubs. This advice was also given to you on EN Wiki ("get some higher-quality edits", "Do some article expansion") and I suggest you follow it. --Gwib -(talk)- 07:38, 31 May 2008 (UTC)
- You have done a lot of impressive work here, and have better understanding of policies than in the past. As Gwib said, you sometimes need to look before you leap. Keep up the good work.--♠ Lights talk 22:03, 1 June 2008 (UTC)
- You are certainly doing better. I haven't seen your name on any RfA's this week. lol. Overall I think that you have been much better in the last week or so. You should keep at it, without tripping up too much. -- ✰AmericanEagle 21:01, 5 June 2008 (UTC)

Questions
- Of your contributions to Wikipedia, are there any about which you are particularly pleased, and why?
- I am currently pleased with my contributions towards the category Category:Rivers in Romania. I've made all but 6 of those articles and I love creating articles in that category. Another article that I am pleased with is the GA Lenzburg, which I wrote and contributed heavily towards. The last thing that I am happy with is my significant expansion and work to make Romania a GA.
- Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or do you feel other users have caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
- Most certainly. I get into conflicts every so often on here, but usually, they either resolve themselves or burn out. Some of the most recent conflicts include the deletion of the Greek poet with User:Plauz. I resolved this by ignoring this users' posts after I explained my reasoning as to why I voted the way I did in that RfD. Another user with which I have had problems with is User:Maxim. We both have acted rude towards each other in the past, but after I posted a sorry note about the way that I was acting towards him, we've been tolerant of each other (in my views). Other users with which I have been in conflicts with in the past include User:Tygrrr, User:Creol, User:Microchip08, User:TerryfaeScotland, User:SwirlBoy39, User:IuseRosary, User:Gwib, User:Eptalon, User:Barliner, User:Oysterguitarist, and User:Benniguy (now banned). All the conflicts that I've had with these users have resolved themselves and I no longer hold anything against these users. In fact, most of these users I completely respect and trust.
