To start, a question. Why do you think the rollback tool would help your anti-vandalism efforts? I'll be honest, the above comment is the second time you've pinged an admin for this request, and it feels a little like shopping around for an admin that will just hurry up and approve the request. That sort of thinking doesn't make me more likely to grant any right, especially rollback, where taking the extra time to review an edit could be the difference between accidentally reverting a good faith edit or not. Quickly looking through your contributions, I don't see any reverts that concern me, but I think I'd like to hear in your own words how you think this tool will help. --Gordonrox24 | Talk01:28, 4 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Hi, @Gordonrox24! Sorry for the late reply. I want to make this very brief and clear, I believe these tools would help in a way to remove myself from using automated tools. In the future, I want to be able to revert/rollback without using automated tools such as Twinkle. Also once again, I apologize for my lateness and impatience, I had just saw another request that was reviewed before mine when made later than mine. Apologies and happy editing! Done - I agree with the other administrators, the constant pinging is unneeded. However, I do not see anything in your contributions that would raise concerns at this time with the tool. As always, please carefully review the policy that applies to the rollback tool, and if you have any doubts, use the undo tool. Thanks, Griff (talk) 03:12, 9 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
