William Edward "Bill" Phipps (February 4, 1922 – June 1, 2018) was a retired American actor and producer. He was best known for his roles in dozens of classic sci-fi and westerns, both in movies and on television. He was known for making the voice of Prince Charming in Walt Disney's Cinderella (1950).
