Winkler County, Texas
Winkler County is a county in the state of Texas in the United States. In 2010, 7,110 people lived there. The county seat is Kermit. It is named for Clinton M. Winkler, a Colonel in the Confederate Army. Music maker Roy Orbison completed High School in Winkler County.
