Yōichi Masukawa (増川 洋一, Masukawa Yōichi, ; born 27 December 1978) is a Japanese voice actor. He is known for his role in voicing the character Rock Lee in the Naruto series.[2]

He has been involved in the voice acting industry since 1999. He has also voiced the characters Sibuxiang in Soul Hunter and Haruhiko "Uchi" Uchiyama in Gokusen.[3]
