Yoshiaki Oiwa

Yoshiaki Oiwa (大岩義明, Oiwa Yoshiaki, born July 19, 1976) is a Japanese athlete. He is best known as an equestrian who competed in the 2008 Summer Olympics and in the 2012 Summer Olympics.^[1]

Career

In the 2012 Olympics at London, he ranked first after dressage in the three-day eventing competition.^[2] He made history as the first Asian rider to lead any four-star three-day event after dressage.^[3]
