Andre Alexander Ramsey (born July 24, 1987 in Portsmouth, New Hampshire) is an American football Offensive tackle that is currently[when?] a free agent. He last played for the Baltimore Ravens of the National Football League (NFL). Ramsey played college football at Ball State University. He also played for the Buffalo Bills in 2009.
