Blood & Guts (2022) was a professional wrestling show made by All Elite Wrestling (AEW). It took place on June 29, 2022 at the Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan. The event aired as a special episode of Dynamite. It was the second Blood & Guts event held by AEW. A special episode of Rampage, titled Royal Rampage, was also recorded that evening and aired on July 1.[1]

The Dynamite main event saw Eddie Kingston, Santana, Ortiz, and Blackpool Combat Club (Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, and Wheeler Yuta) defeat The Jericho Appreciation Society (Chris Jericho, Jake Hager, Sammy Guevara, Daniel Garcia, Matt Menard, and Angelo Parker) in a Blood and Guts match. The match was won when Castagnoli put Menard in the Sharpshooter and made him tap out. At the same time, Kingston had Jericho in the Buffalo Stretch.[2]

changeIn this two-ring 20-man rumble rules battle royale, 10 wrestlers entered each ring separately. It started with two wrestlers in each ring, then another wrestler entered either the red or the blue ring every minute. Eliminations happened when a competitor went over the top rope. The final two standing wrestlers in each ring faced on any of the two rings under battle royal rules to determine a winner.
