History
changeEl Llano became a municipality by the law 687 of 2 July 1974. Before that date, it was part of Comendador.[2]
Geography
changeEl Llano has an area of 17.1 km2 (6.6 sq mi). It is to the east of Comendador, next to the San Juan province.
