Frosinone is a city and a comune in the Lazio region of Central Italy, the capital of the province of Frosinone. The city is about 75 kilometres (47 mi) southeast of Rome.

The comune of Frosinone has an area of 46.85 km2 (18.09 sq mi) and its altitude is 291 m (955 ft) above sea level.[2]
The comune borders with the comuni Alatri, Arnara, Ceccano, Ferentino, Patrica, Supino, Torrice, Veroli.[4]
