Kislay Panday (also known as Kislay Pandey) is an Indian lawyer, theologian, and author known for his work in the Supreme Court of India. His legal practice encompasses cases in corporate law,[1] constitutional law, and high-profile economic offenses. He is also recognized for his theological scholarship,[2] particularly his work on ancient Indian texts, and has authored books exploring Vedic mythology and philosophy.[3][4][5]

Early life and education

Panday was born on July 24, in Pratapgarh, Uttar Pradesh, India, to Dr. ARM Panday and Mrs. Sanju Panday. He completed an LLB and later earned an LLM specializing in Corporate Law. Dr. Panday also holds a master’s degree in Sanskrit and a Ph.D.[6] in Para Consciousness.[5] Additionally, he pursued a Global Doctor of Business Administration with a thesis focusing on corporate fraud and governance.[6][7][8][7]

Panday is a practicing advocate in the Supreme Court of India. He has represented clients in high-profile cases, such as the Shahabuddin Jail Transfer and cases addressing free speech and economic fraud.[8][4] His expertise includes handling Special Leave Petitions (SLPs), constitutional matters,[2] and cases involving the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and the Enforcement Directorate (ED).[9][10][2]
