Omarama

locality in Waitaki District, New Zealand

Omarama is a small town in the Waitaki District, South Canterbury. It is on the junction of State Highway 8 and 83. It is 31 kilometers south of Twizel and 52 kilometers west of Kurow. It has a small school situated in the town.
