Ron Johnson (running back)
American football player (1947-2018)
Ronald Adolphis Johnson (October 17, 1947 – November 10, 2018) was an American football running back. He was born in Detroit, Michigan. Johnson played college football at the halfback position for the University of Michigan from 1966 to 1968.
Johnson played for the Cleveland Browns in 1969 and for the New York Giants from 1970 to 1975.
Johnson died on November 10, 2018 in Madison, New Jersey from complications of Alzheimer's disease at the age of 71.[1]
