Talk:Flemish Region

This article is wrong:

  1. Flanders is more than the Flemish Region
  2. The map, used in the article, is not the Flemish Region, but the Flemish Community. The difference between the Flemish Region and the Flemish Community is, that the Brussels Region is a part of the Flemish Community, but not of the Flemish Region.
  3. Belgium has 3 official regions : the Flemish Region, the Walloon Region, and the Brussels-Capital Region
  4. Only 6 million people live in the Flemish Region, and 1 million people live in the Brussels Region (which is not part of the Flemish Region).

The article on the Walloon Region is better. --83.182.221.91 (talk) 16:42, 21 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

Nobody stops you from changing the page... I know the page we have now is not correct but criticism is very cheap, especially on wikipedia where everybody can improve articles. I'll work on these, time permitting. JurgenG (talk) 21:33, 21 September 2008 (UTC)Reply
