Not exactly sure if this is an improvement in the context of this wiki, but the anonymous editor essentially copy-pasted the EN version of the template here. This copy-paste has also the unfortunate side-effect of categorising hundreds of articles (probably this wiki's whole collection of video game articles, if I hazard a guess) into Category:Infobox video game with deprecated parameters. The change to the template has caused any article which passes any one of the below parameters:

|aspect ratio=
|followed by=
|footnotes=
|input=
|latest release version=
|latest release date=
|latest preview version=
|latest preview date=
|license=
|media=
|picture format=
|preceded by=
|ratings=
|resolution=
|requirements=
|website=
|version=

...to appear in the maintenance category. For reference, the removal of these parameters from the infobox were previously discussed on EN. While I agree with some of the removals, in the interest of stability and because the template change has inadvertently caused some information to stop displaying, it may be a better idea to revert.
