Founded in 2021 by Olakunle Olalekan Williams is an integrated energy solutions provider with and increasing energy natural gas and power delivery portfolio across the energy in Nigeria and African continent. As of today, tetracore is a fully integrated energy company. It is actively engaged in the storage, marketing and distribution of bulk petroleum products, generation and distribution of electricity large scale storage of CNG and an increasing prominent retail distribution network. Tetracore consists of two affiliated subsidiaries company Tetracore energy limited and Infini power limited, Power Infrastructure Vehicle, Tetracore Energy Limited Ghana .[13][14][15][16]

Tetracore is a fully integrated company offering energy power generation. It developed a natural distribution capacity currently exceeding 70MMscf/d exceeding 90MMscf/d tetracore has a long term contract to supply 15MMscf/d Gas to Rongtai Industrial Park in Edo State and 60MMscf/d of natural gas to NDPHC Niger Delta Power Holding Company) to support 34% of electric generating to the Nigeria grid. Tetracore locally assembled its own pressure Regulating and Metering Station, Tetracore is developing renewable energy project and expanding across the region. Tetracore has a CNG license in Ghana , it has a small scale LNG plant in Equatorial Guinea in order to support delivery of energy to industries and the power sector in the Gulf of Guinea. In 2024 tetracore commissioned it's first CNG mother Station in Ogun State and diverse range of projects across the value chain including in piped natural gas (PNG) and Liquefied natural gas (LNG).[17].[18].[19].[20][21][22][23][24]
