Susil Nelson-Kongoi is Papua New Guinean [1]. She is the Senior Media and Communications Advisor at Exxonmobil PNG Limited [2]. She has also been the Manager for Corporate Governance and Special Projects at PNG Sustainable program Ltd for over 14 years [2][3]. Nelson-Kongoi won the Overall WOW Award (Westpac Outstanding Women Award) in 2012 for helping Papua New Guinean women to join the workforce [3].
