change

Welcome to Wikipedia. I noticed that you recently made a new article or made changes to one by adding things copied from a book, magazine, newspaper or another website without the permission of the copyright holder. Many sources, including websites found on the Internet, are copyrighted. I'm afraid Wikipedia cannot accept any things copied from these sources as it can get Wikipedia into serious legal trouble. The article or changes have been or will soon be deleted. Next time, look up sources to find out information for articles and explain it in your own words, and don't copy sentences or images from them. Thank you.   Please stop adding copyrighted things to Wikipedia without permission from the copyright holder.
For legal reasons, we cannot accept text or images borrowed from books, magazines, newspapers or other websites. These will be deleted. You may use these sources to find out information for Wikipedia, but cannot copy sentences or images from them. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and users who add copyrighted material again and again will be blocked from changing Wikipedia. Osiris (talk) 15:47, 29 March 2012 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked indefinitely from changing Wikipedia in line with Wikipedia's blocking policy for constantly making bad changes. If you think this block is unfair, you may ask to be unblocked by adding {{unblock|your reason here}} below. If you cannot do this or the reason is private, please send an e-mail to simple-admins-l@lists.wikimedia.org and an administrator will look at your reason and reply. You may want to read our guide to unblock requests before asking to be unblocked. Osiris (talk) 16:19, 29 March 2012 (UTC)Reply

This blocked user asked to be unblocked, but one or more administrators said no to this unblock request. Other administrators can also review this block, but should not unblock the user without a good reason. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

This user self identified in this series of posts which refers back to this exchange to be User:Shabir / ip:182.183.246.203. This account (Shabir) was blocked by Barras on 23 March 2012 with the reason: Abusing multiple accounts with their user page deleted per A3 and G12 by Pmlineditor. The user has a history of copyvio edits (part of the reasoning for the block) and was noticed on this account because of further copyvio problems (they still haven't learned) and was blocked when they admitted to being a previously blocked account with a history of abusing other accounts to bypass the block.

More than just denying this request, I would suggest it be passed to a checkuser to comfirm the ip range and see if a range block would be useful to curtain a user with a self-admitted streak of block avoidance. --Creol(talk) 06:03, 30 March 2012 (UTC)Reply
