Reply to message aimed at Phaedrel

Hi. Simple English Wikipedia allow articles to be copied. However, there are a few conditions that must be met.

1. - Put this template on it's Talk Page - {{GFDL info}}
2. - Simplify the article
3. - Put in the edit summary "Copied from en: wiki", and include a Diff.
