I removed your comment from my talk page. The mailing list used for contacting the admins is the way to request unblocks. I have never heard of anyone getting excessive replies from it. In addition, I saw the commented text about the posts being block evasion. The user asking the question did not say that they were blocked, they just asked how one handles the situation.
