@Auntof6: Thanks, but I don't need all that stuff. Like I said on my user page, I've edited the Urkranian Wikipedia before without an account, so I already know how wiki works. Also, many of my edits will be helping my brother due to his language barrier. WikiInternetWeb (talk) 02:17, 4 January 2016 (UTC)Reply
OK, but you should know that many things are done differently on this Wikipedia. I have a list of them here. Feel free to ask if you have questions about any of them. --Auntof6 (talk) 02:22, 4 January 2016 (UTC)Reply

Hi, WIW. I just saw your new page. It would be great if you and your brother could translate articles that Simple English don't have from Ukranian Wikipedia to Simple English Wikipedia in order to assist with his English. //nepaxt 23:08, 4 January 2016 (UTC)Reply

Thanks. I'll look into that. WikiInternetWeb (talk) 01:16, 5 January 2016 (UTC)Reply
@Nepaxt: Sorry, but it appears as if much of the stuff from the Urkranian Wikipedia either does not have an exact English translation (it would be gramatically incorrect in English) and/or is not the dialect of Urkranian that I speak. I'm going to bed now, but I'll keep looking in the morning. I may be able to translate some of the stuff that I've edited before, providing it's still there. Also, what is your definition of "Simple English"? This will make a difference as to what material can be properly translated and what cannot. WikiInternetWeb (talk) 03:29, 5 January 2016 (UTC)Reply
Simple English is English that a beginner to the language can understand. The project uses simple sentences, not complex sentences like on English Wikipedia. //nepaxt 15:24, 5 January 2016 (UTC)Reply
Thanks. It does appear that many of the edits I made to Urkranian Wikipedia are down in the history, and for the life of me I can't find them! I'll keep looking though. WikiInternetWeb (talk) 03:20, 6 January 2016 (UTC)Reply
