- @ToxiBoi: Since this is a guideline, any major change should be discussed. You could do your rewrite in a sandbox, then ask for input. I recommend mentioning this at WP:ST, because the only people who would see your question here are those who happen to have this page on their watchlist or who happen to see it in recent changes.
