William L. Webster
American politician and criminal
William Lawrence Webster (born September 17, 1953) is an American lawyer, former politician and convicted felon. He was a member of the Missouri House of Representatives from 1981 to 1985. He was also the 39th Attorney General of Missouri from 1985 to 1993.

Webster unsuccessfully ran for governor in 1992. After losing, he pleaded guilty to felony embezzlement.[1]
